The OpportunityThe Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Enterprise & Engagement) has an exciting opportunity available for a
CRM Business Manager. The
CRM Business Manager supports the Director, Sales and Business Enablement in the delivery of the Enterprise and Engagement Portfolio's strategy and operations and leads the operational management of Enterprise's CRM (Salesforce) platform, as well as initiatives to enable and drive its adoption and optimal use.Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Overseeing the Operational Management of Enterprise's CRM platform including: Business Development user strategy; technical and system onboarding, training and support; troubleshooting and escalating technical issues; and identifying innovation opportunities and useability improvements
- Driving best practice use of the CRM in a higher education context to provide a weighted pipeline of industry engagement opportunities including user onboarding, training and troubleshooting
- Management of key initiatives, including implementation of business development toolkit, stewardship model and CRM roadmap
- Leading and managing the operation of complex administrative or technical functions involving significant resources, in accordance with university policies, procedures and strategic priorities
About You!As the successful candidate you will have a proven track record of successfully managing a CRM in a large complex organisation as well as a strong, demonstrated understanding of business development within the higher education environment.
