About the opportunity

The CRM Campaigns Officer is responsible for the delivery of effective marketing campaigns built around customer relation technology and audience segmentation. You will play a central operational role in ensuring marketing communications are delivered on time, with optimal content to the targeted audiences. Working closely with the CRM Campaigns Lead, you will assist in the reporting of campaign performance and effectiveness across the year. More specifically you will:

  • Work collaboratively with marketing and recruitment stakeholders to support campaign execution through Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics Marketing 365, drafting requirements for review and approval.
  • Support prospective student engagement and contact strategies, across all audience segments, through our eDM channels, including automation and manual eDMs.
  • Support with the extraction of data for segmentation and targeting, and critically analyse to recommend best practice.
  • Collaborate with the design team, content, studio, recruitment and marketing teams on creative assets, eDMs and nurtures to deliver personalised, relevant communications to our key audiences.
  • Contribute to the development of robust reporting, including tracking of campaign analytics, including having a solid understanding of how to measure digital marketing success. Support where required on interpreting and linking conversion, load data, pipelines, engagement data in dashboards.
About you

You will be able to demonstrate prior success in similar roles, successfully working with wider teams and independently, to deliver successful marketing campaigns. You will have prior experience in identifying and segmenting target audiences with the CRM environment to increase engagement levels and conversion: More specifically, you will have:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, business and experience in contemporary CRM marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, including a track record of effective stakeholder liaison and developing effective marketing content.
  • Strong technical competency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and SharePoint. Direct experience in Microsoft Dynamics (and Microsoft Dynamics Marketing) is desirable.
Salary and benefits

  • Full-time, continuing (permanent) role
  • Located at either Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour or Lismore.
  • HEW Level 5. The base salary ranges from $76,892 - $85,445 per annum, plus 17% employer’s contribution to superannuation. The total remuneration package is up to $99,970 per annum.
