Job description

A pivotal role has been created for a CRM & Loyalty Manager to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage.
This exciting position offers an opportunity to shape and lead the rollout of a new CRM program for an iconic brand. This career-defining role is suited to a hands-on thought-leader, who harnesses data and best practice acquisition and retention practices to deliver results.
Reporting to the GM of Marketing and eCommerce, you will be supported to achieve outcomes and realise your potential.
THE ROLE:

  • Lead the creation and execution of a best-in-class CRM/loyalty program strategy for Seed Heritage.
  • Define program value proposition, benefits, mechanics, and acquisition approach – considering online and instore customer journeys.
  • Utilise customer data to segment audiences and develop targeted campaigns across multiple channels - including email, SMS and social - to drive engagement and retention.
  • Continually analyse, optimise, and report on the program, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Strategic support on brand CRM roadmaps, helping Fashion brands (Seed Heritage, Commonry, Unison) to deliver lifecycle marketing automations.
  • Build an A/B testing framework to optimise the customer lifecycle programs and deliver on key performance metrics.
  • Be a platform expert and be responsible for driving adoption of the Emarsys capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal IT, marketing and digital teams, and external technology partners, to develop solutions and achieve outcomes.
  • On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CRM and loyalty management, preferably within retail.
  • Track record of delivering measurable impact via CRM acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Strong grasp on customer segmentation techniques including RFM analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in managing campaigns through marketing automation platforms (Emarsys experience highly regarded).
  • Confidence and experience in presenting to senior management with complex information, and gaining approvals is preferable.
  • Good technical understanding, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local and international CRM and loyalty program trends.
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Rigorous and data-driven, with excellent analytical skills.
