About the Role
As Lead Educator, you will be responsible for heading up a team of Educators and work collaboratively with them to support the learning of children from 0 to 2 years old. You will benefit from a small, age-appropriate environment where the RIE approach is embedded into your daily practice.

Our ideal candidate will meet the following selection criteria:
• Be inclusive of others and bring a positive attitude every day
• Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with fellow Early Childhood professionals, families, children, and the wider community
• Have a passion for embedding and modelling the RIE approach
• Be ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Be a passionate and dedicated professional who enjoys Early Childhood Education and Care programs.
Essential Criteria:
• An ACECQA approved Diploma of Children's Services or recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree (or working towards ECT and able to prove this)
• Strong proven experience as a Team/Room Leader/Lead Educator ideally with a similar age group
• Available for full-time work
• Valid NSW Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
