Position Overview
Crocosaurus Cove is looking for an enthusiastic and well rounded Administration Assistant. This role is well suited to a highly organised team player with previous office administration experience. ASAP start date.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative duties
- Basic Finance administration
- Supporting the CEO with administration tasks
Essential Skills:
- Skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other computer programs
- Sound understanding of Finance, HR and WHS.
- Able to learn new systems and provide support to the team.
- Demonstrates logical and calm decision making
- Highly organised and strong communication skills
- A person that enjoys being apart of a team
- Can establish a routine to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Work hours are Monday to Friday
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Previous experience working within the tourism industry
