Our clients are a family-owned and operated broadacre cropping operation near Croppa Creek, they are a young family operation, dedicated and passionate about the agricultural industry.
The operation comprises 5,000 hectares and primarily farms Malt Barley but also has rotational crops of canola, chickpeas, and cotton. All grain is stored on-site and transported to end users when needed throughout the year. The business utilises the latest technology, including an autonomous swarm bot and modern John Deere machinery, to carry out various tasks associated with broadacre cropping, including sowing, spraying, harvesting, and general farm duties as required.
The role requires the candidate to be physically fit, hardworking, able to work independently or as part of a team and have excellent communication and organisational skills.
The Offer
In a wonderful little rural community, Croppa Creek has its social attractions, there are options for participating in social bowls, tennis, and the community hosts an annual Rugby 10’s Gala day. The small community comprises a small primary school (K – 6), a general store, a community hall, with all other services located in larger nearby towns Goondiwindi and Moree.
An attractive salary package, including the above award wages, good quality, and suitable housing availability, will be negotiated based on experience with the successful applicant.
The Ideal Candidate
This position would suit someone with enthusiasm for Innovative Technology, previous experience in the agricultural sector operating large broadacre machinery, a passion for agriculture, and a willingness to learn and generate new ideas.

- Tech-focused individual
- Mechanical skills
- Chem Cert ticket or willing to obtain
- MC Licence an advantage but not essential
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a team
- Good attitude and excellent communication skills
