The Nathan River Resources mine site is located 50km inland from the Gulf of Carpentaria and approximately 760km from Darwin, we are the proud owner and operator of the Roper Bar Iron Ore Mine. We take pride in our in-house mine, marine and trans-shipment division, which manages a fleet of mine and marine assets dedicated to our operations.

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:

• Maintenance/servicing of mobile crushing and assorted equipment
• Attending to breakdowns and repairs
• Fault finding and Trouble shooting
• Apply and appreciate the value of routine maintenance
• Understand and deliver availability of equipment

To be considered for a role it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following skills and experience:

• Current Trade certificate - Mechanical Fitter, Diesel Mechanics in Heavy Plant or equivalent 
• Ideally have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar position
• Have a positive attitude and willing to learn 
• Current Valid Drivers License
