This established firm has been a key player in the Canberra market for over 20 years. They are looking for a full-time, permanent CSO to support the Director/ Principal Adviser on a permanent basis.
Your new roleIn your new role you will be responsible for:
- Providing administration support to the advisor and wider team.
- Manage compliance
- Diary and appointment management
- Email management
- Arranging meetings
- Drafting correspondence
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Great customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- 2 years' experience working in the Financial Planning sector
- High attention to detail and strict time management
- Experience working within Financial Planning compliance rules
- Experience using XPlan software
