About the role
· Coordinate all direct report site employees, plant resources and subcontract teams to achieve quality and safety objectives in accordance with the project programmes and schedules
· Monitor construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
· Forward plan daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination
· Effectively coordinate and supervise the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project
· Assist in ensuring that site supervision and resources to plan and complete works on time
About You
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a minimum 2 years experience as a Supervisor
· Experience in Rail corridor works and the planning requirements associated
· Clear understanding of the works and standards in delivering the Combined Services Route works
· Relevant Rail Industry Worker competencies preferred but not essential
· Hold proven verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders
· Focus and commitment to a zero harm environment
· Excellent leadership skills including project management skills, communication skills at all levels, horizontal and vertical negotiating skills and networking skills.
· Australian driver’s license.
