We are go-getters who are always looking for ways to improve patient outcomes and passionate about providing patient-centred care and high-quality imaging. We are seeking a Qualified Radiographer to work within our Young clinic on a full-time or part-time basis.
Please note this position is a 12-month fixed term maternity leave cover, with an opportunity to turn into a permanent position at the end of the contract.
This position will work across both General X-Ray and CT, ensuring a high standard of imaging, professional ethics and patient care are maintained. We're looking for someone who aims to go above and beyond in everything they do!
On a day to day, you would:
- First and foremost provide compassionate patient care, taking responsibility for patient welfare and confidentiality
- Interpret radiological requests and perform appropriate procedures in accordance with relevant legislation and department policies
- Ensure image quality and examination scope is sufficient to provide diagnostic information relevant to clinic needs
- Commit to continuous improvement by maintaining current knowledge and upskilling in new techniques/advances
