Your role will involve coordinating communication contracts, engaging with external suppliers, and managing relationships with various stakeholders.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in a small team to develop and implement communication plans and strategies.
- Effectively manage personal workloads within a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate the procurement and management of communication contracts, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including policy areas, media teams, and community organizations.
- Develop engaging communication materials for diverse audiences, such as social media posts, website content, videos, and accessible communication materials.
- Monitor and report on the implementation of strategic communication initiatives, including monthly social media reporting.
- Provide support to Communication Account Managers as required.
