Nido Early School in the Elizabeth Vale  is seeking an exceptional individual to join our esteemed leadership group. We are in search of an inspirational mentor who embodies a hands-on approach to education, leading by example with strong leadership qualities.

Through the strategic implementation of role modelling, coaching, and mentoring, this pivotal role will collaboratively evolve the practices of our dedicated educators. The primary aim is to elevate their documentation, inquiry, and critical reflection, thus profoundly impacting the children's learning journey.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education or working toward 
• A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates willing to obtain
• Experience as an educational leader highly regarded
