Key responsibilities include:
- You will be part of our Custody Operations team and will be accountable for addressing clients and fund manager queries (once you are ready)
- Ensuring all daily and monthly operational and reporting deliverables are met in a timely and accurate manner
- Daily Processing of Trades, Income & Transfers (and more - the sky is the limit)
- Authorise all custody related processes such as all the cash, income, transfers and year end associated deliverables
- Extract, chase and collect instructions from third parties, including fund manager statements
- Aim to have zero reconciliations and open positions by ensuring that service levels are met and are in line with client expectations
Experience and attributes include:
- ‘No’ experience necessary in the financial services industry, however some experience in the financial industry (at a fund manager, registry or custodian would be beneficial) and have an understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- You may have just completed school or TAFE or university
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, completion of the ACSA Certificate IV in financial services or Diploma of financial services is also preferred but not essential
- Keen to learn/contribute/make a difference

- Problem solver, identifies and suggests solutions to problems, not just raise the problem.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The role is a hybrid role, working 3 days from our Sydney CBD office, and 2 days from home.
