- Develop and execute effective Acquisition Marketing campaigns across multiple online channels, including digital advertising and social media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and digital acquisition teams, to bring campaigns to life and achieve business goals
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance and report on key metrics and insights to inform future strategy
- Leverage data and customer research, continuously test and learn through A/B testing and experimentation to optimise campaign performance
- Utilise your understanding of target audiences, localisation levers, including language, to inform campaign strategy
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging best practices to inform marketing strategy
- Effectively communicate campaign strategy, impact, and performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and Customer Acquisition campaigns, with a track record of success in driving user acquisition
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis tools, forecasting, and marketing analytics
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on digital channels such as search, social media, and display advertising
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful project execution
