You will be joining one of our new Multi-Channel Branches!As a part of the team at one of our new Multi-Channel Branches, at Lakes Entrance, you will utilise a customer centric approach to interact, resolve customer enquires/complaints in person, via telephone or digitally (in a contact centre environment).Part Time position31 hours per week:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 8.30am - 5.00pm8:30am - 1:15pm (Branch hours) 45 minute break2.00pm - 5:00pm (ECE outbound calls only)What will you do?As part of our branch-based customer service team, you will work collaboratively with your Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you deal with.
