As a result of updated reporting requirements and internal changes within the organisation, a need has arisen for competent and experienced professionals to take charge as the point of contact for any customer contact or queries regarding these changes. - Assist customers via inbound calls in providing up to date information in line with the Common Reporting Standard (CRS).
- Resolve customer queries or concerns in relation to this remediation project.
- Demonstrate an empathetic approach, in particular when speaking with upset or distressed customers and maintain the bank's values when doing so.
- Adhere to organisational policy & compliance.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues and maintain a keen attention to detail.
What You Will Bring:
- A deep understanding of customers and a high degree of empathy.
- Previous experience in a call centre environment with ability to understand and speak with customers, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Experience with KYC, risk and compliance or FACTA would be advantageous.
- Able to handle a significant degree of complexity and utilise your initiative within the position.
- Competent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with clear goals and targets.
- Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
