About the role
As a Support Officer – Customer Billing Operations you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Business Unit Coordinator.
To be successful in this role you will possess strong communication skills, and attention to detail, and be capable of developing and maintaining effective relationships with our internal stakeholders. You will be able to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks to ensure results are achieved on time with high-quality outcomes.
This is a fixed term opportunity until 31st December 2024.
What the role will involve:
· Responsible for opening and sorting mail and Customer Billing activities along with a wide variety of administration tasks to support our business unit.
· Support the business unit coordinator with event planning and catering requirements.
· Maintaining and ordering the office and catering supplies for our business unit
· Support the Customer Billing processes as required with customer account queries.
Key skills and experience:
· High level of computer literacy; skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
· Sound administration experience
· Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated a high level of organisational skills.
