Are you passionate about assisting customers, guiding them through their questions, and solving problems? If so, this role is for you. We are partnering with an innovative global skylight leader, renowned for their appearances on a beloved renovation show. While their global footprint speaks volumes, their Sydney office boasts a unique close-knit culture.
About the role:
As a vital member of our dynamic Technical/Product Support team, you'll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for customers and builders seeking real-time advice, guidance, and support for product installation, functionality, and order inquiries.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
- Tracking orders and providing order updates to support the prompt delivery of products
- Assisting customers with quotes and pricing inquiries
- Verifying accurate order entries into the system
- Troubleshooting and engaging in fact-finding with customers to solve their varied issues
- Liaising with a diverse range of individuals, from builders to installation technicians, and customers
- General administrative tasks, including inbox management, data entry, and customer information updates.
- Confident in prioritising tasks and multitasking
- Naturally inclined to provide timely, professional, and supportive responses to all inquiries
- A proactive problem solver with a willingness to think outside the box
- Curious, open to learning, and hungry for development opportunities
- Proficient in using various systems and programs, such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
