About the Role
The role of Customer Care & Administration Assistant is to provide excellent customer service to all clients and stakeholders (B2B and B2C) to further the success and growth of Ultraceuticals.
The role also provides administrative support for order processing and advice for accounts to achieve further growth.
This role also provides general administrative support to all Ultraceuticals departments as needed, to effectively support the efficient operations of the support office.
The perfect person for this role will have excellent customer service experience with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You will have great organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to multi-task. Experience with SAP and Excel are essential.
This is a part time, hybrid role working 5 days per week from 8.30am until 2.30pm, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding levels of Customer Care to ensure service from Ultraceuticals is made enjoyable and easy.
- Support sales teams to achieve Sales targets through prompt Customer Care administrative support and follow up.
- Respond and support direct customer queries over the phone, via email and including online web orders once in the system.
- Accurately place phone and email orders, manage order process end-to-end and follow up as appropriate.
- Process returns for key accounts and customers.
- Provide general administrative support for the office departments as requested.
- Be trained as the office fire warden and carry out required fire warden responsibilities.
