About the Role

Join our team as a Customer Care Agent and embark on an exciting journey to deliver exceptional service to customers of a renowned retail supermarket chain. As a valued member of our team, you'll take on a significant responsibility, leveraging your customer service expertise to ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key Details:

  • Commencing: 15th April 2024.

  • Multiple Part time positions available.

  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday -  8:30am to 6pm Saturday - 8am to 4:30pm  - Sunday 10am to 5pm.

  • Location Melbourne CBD:Hybrid working model after training, nesting period and KPI’s achieved..

  • Australian Based Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls.

  • Monitor and actively engage with various social media platforms to address customer inquiries

  • Swiftly respond to emails, ensuring timely resolutions.

  • Identify and address customer needs, crafting win-win solutions.

  • Handle administrative tasks with precision and maintain meticulous records.

  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

About You

You are a proactive individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Your attention to detail and time management abilities set you apart, coupled with your proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite. If you're driven to provide exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

WFH Requirements:

  • Windows 10 based PC & Monitor Or Windows 10 based Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB RAM or equivalent.

  • Anti-Virus installed and Windows Defender switched on. 

  • Reliable internet connection - No hospotting or tethering. 

  • Headset with a microphone.

  • Note: Macbooks as they are not compatible with our  system.
