Multiple Part time positions available.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 6pm Saturday - 8am to 4:30pm - Sunday 10am to 5pm.
Location Melbourne CBD:Hybrid working model after training, nesting period and KPI's achieved..

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls.
Monitor and actively engage with various social media platforms to address customer inquiries
Swiftly respond to emails, ensuring timely resolutions.
Identify and address customer needs, crafting win-win solutions.
Handle administrative tasks with precision and maintain meticulous records.
Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
About You
You are a proactive individual with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Your attention to detail and time management abilities set you apart, coupled with your proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
