The Role
As a Flick Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/renew their services and speaking with incoming customers. You will be required to follow a clear and effective process to ensure the best possible outcome for both Flick and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls according to KPI’s and targets
- Follow the proven Flick processes to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained
- Transition/upgrade current customers to the most suitable new services
- Present to new customers and recommend the most suitable services
- Obtain and record accurate information on the customers situation to ensure a seamless transition for the technical team and other departments
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Position requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales and/or telemarketing
- An engaging sales energy with a results-driven focus
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customer quickly
- Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as a positive member of the team
