About the Role

We are seeking customer-focused individual with call centre experience to join our Customer Care team as a Customer Care Agent specialising in proactively engaging with our valued customers.  This is a permanent, fulltime opportunity located at our Acacia Ridge branch.

This exciting new role has been created to strengthen our enterprise by fostering meaningful relationships with our customers and ensuring seamless support throughout their day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making proactive calls to our existing customers and provide education and assistance with our digital and eCommerce platforms and ensure satisfaction with our products/services. As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-tier support and assistance.

Reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader, you will:

• Proactively engage our customers via outbound calls at key moments of the ownership of their CAT machines
• Walk the customer through our digital ecosystem and ensure they are setup to succeed to self-serve where possible
• Maintain customer records and interactions within the CRM tool
• Manage large numbers of customer enquiries across multiple channels
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and triage to correct personnel within the business unit
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers and internal stakeholders by using the right methods/tools predefined
• Ensure accurate and complete records of all customer interactions

About You

A successful teammate will have experience in:  

• Demonstrated experience working within a call centre
• Qualifications in Business/Office Administration or equivalent experience desirable
• Proven customer and stakeholder engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and confidence
• Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office, systems and data bases
