Your new role
You will be responsible for making proactive calls to existing and new customers to provide education and assistance with the company's digital and eCommerce platforms, generate leads for the Sales team and ensure satisfaction with their products/services. As a Customer Care Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their customers receive top-tier support and assistance.
- Demonstrated Contact Centre experience
- Demonstrated Outbound Contact Centre or Sales experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
