Place Sunnybank has an exciting opportunity available for a passionate candidate to join their fun and supportive office in the Receptionand Customer Care role. Working in the customer service team, you will play a crucial part in the front-of-house operations and provide high-end customer support to our clients. This position also provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their skills and grow within the business.
We are looking for someone with impeccable phone manner, a bubbly, welcoming personality and who strives to go above and beyond to continuously improve the customer experience. Previous experience is not necessary, as we are eager to provide training to the right candidate!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all customers and colleagues;
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
- Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
- Organise and coordinate the external and internal mail;
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction;
- Professional presentation; and
- High attention to detail.
- No previous administration or reception experience is required, but is desirable;
- Available to work full-time hours;
- Confident and outgoing nature with the drive to go above and beyond;
- Experience using Office 365 is necessary;
- Professional presentation; and
- The desire to grow, develop and value-add within a team environment.
