This role is critical within our broader Customer Care Excellence Team and will be based in Mackay QLD.Whilst you will be focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers and the market, no day will ever be the same! We have a learning and development program for the right candidate so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning.

Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer experience
Interact with our customers in our Trade Centre including face to face service, responding to customer requests, sourcing parts, and following up on expected time of arrivals for back orders
Provide product-based information where required – don’t worry, you’ll be supported by us to build your knowledge and skills for this!Undertake daily stock replenishment/stock takes and update our Trade Centre ShowroomsGeneral housekeeping in the Trade Centre to ensure it is always safe, clean and inviting for customers
