Customer Care Coordinator – Fixed Term Contract – 3 Positions available


September 2022 through to January 2023

Overview of role

With the Festive Season fast approaching, we are currently looking for 3 fabulous people to share their passion for tea with our customers within our Customer Care Support Team. We are a global team directly responsible for the management and performance of T2’s customer support across email, phone and social channels for Retail, Wholesale and Online customers. Working alongside a team across Australia and the UK, positions are available to work remotely or in our Melbourne Support Office while servicing our global customers.


As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be joining the team on a fixed term, full time contract commencing September 2022 through to January 2023 to help our online customer as well as our fab Retail teams create a festive season full of fun, flavour and fantasy this Christmas. In this role you will

  • Answering all customer enquiries and complaints, both phone and email from different areas of the business including wholesale, online and loyalty.
  • Resolve complaints promptly and efficiently to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Respond accurately and efficiently to customers enquiries and requests for product information, stock availability, pricing, deliveries etc.
  • Take ownership of customer enquiries and complaints and ensure effective first/single call resolution.
  • Ensure any complaints from customers about products are quickly resolved and referred to a manager when needed.
  • Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge through company training and self-development to provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Liaise and communicate with stores on customer experience and resolution.

About you

  • Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) and phone manner.
  • Advocate leader in T2 Tea culture and brand representation.
  • Customer service superstar.
  • Must be able to operate under pressure and be solutions focussed.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
  • Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in services.
  • Highly organised and ability to multi-task.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
  • A minimum of 6 months working in a T2 Retail Store will be highly regarded but not mandatory.
