Based in Beresfield
Due to some internal movement, our partner has an opportunity for a Customer Care Manager to lead a small team of customer care / sales consultants in Beresfield.
As a Customer Care Manager you will coach and motivate the team to meet key performance indicators and budgetary requirements. You will have the opportunity to truly make this role your own, with all idea's and initatives welcomed by upper management.
What are we looking for?
Customer service and/or sales experience
People leadership experience
Experience working in a KPI enviornment
Inquisitive nature, ability to challenge idea's to bring about positive change
