- Flexible work option - the role is predominantly based onsite, however, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from home on a rostered basis approximately 2 days per fortnight.

On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:
- Attending to customer queries by phone and email
- Talking directly to medical professionals
- Supporting with order entry to meet cut off times
- Collaborating with colleagues within Customer Care, order entry, manufacturing, inventory and sales
- Talking directly to patients when required, being the first point of contact
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Representative role - ideally in the Pharmaceutical, Medical, FMCG industry or similar
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fast, accurate data entry skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Competent in the use of MS Office
- Experience with Navision and/or Salesforce will be highly regarded but not essential
