About the role:
As our Customer Service Officer, you will be the welcoming face of Warrigal Goulburn. In this fast paced role where no 2 days are the same, you will provide all round administration support the managers and also outstanding Customer Service to anyone who walks through the doors. You will engage with residents, their families and your team, contributing to the high quality care that we provide and building positive relationships essentially creating what we believe is a crucial component in supporting a ‘Great Life’ for an older person.
To be our office superstar, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in office administration (desirable)
- Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service
- Demonstrated experience in reception duties, cash handling, invoice cost coding, and strong data entry skills
- Demonstrated computer skills, intermediate level in the use of MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated high level in your communication style
- Ability to work autonomously and be an effective team member.

Our training is hosted by our internal clinical educators will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success that ensure our customers have the highest quality support.
