The Role
We are seeking a detail oriented Office Administrator who is also passionate about excellent Customer Service to work across our eCommerce and Showroom Store.
This role is based in our Cromer Showroom and Factory and involves:
- Online Customer Service and responding to customer enquiries.
- Assisting customers with product choices, engaging them with the NooK Difference and processing in-store orders.
- Knowledge of eCommerce is an advantage.
School Hours position 3 days per week.
About You
- Reliable and with excellent attention to detail!
- Passionate about providing excellent Customer Service
- Proven ability to work both autonomously & as part of a team
- Understanding of eCommerce an advantage!
- Availability to work Monday-Thurs between 10am-2pm
