You’ll leave a lasting impression on your customers by providing friendly, personal and efficient service. You’re empathetic and resilient. By walking in our customer’s shoes you’ll ask the right questions to understand what they really need and find them the best solutions.
You’ll do your very best to resolve all enquiries on the first call and you’ll achieve this by communicating, listening and learning. Our shifts and training
We offer an interactive and supportive training program that’ll ensure you make an immediate and lasting impression on our customers from day one. Training will be a mix of in person and virtual for the first 4 weeks, from 9:00am- 2:00am AWST, Monday - Friday. Following the initial 4 weeks, you’ll continue to learn on your regular roster for an additional 9 weeks, to ensure you’re set up for success.
We have multiple Part Time positions operating on the below shifts: 12:00pm - 5:00pm AWST, Tuesday - SaturdayYour development
In addition to training, we offer an 18 month development program to upskill and develop your Customer Care capabilities. Our 4 tier development program will see you broaden your skills across multiple banking products to help enhance the customer experience, with remuneration increases for each tier you reach. These positions have been designed so you can successfully perform your role in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a designated work area, and a connection to the internet, then leave the rest to us.
