AddressAs a team member in a busy environment, the full-time role of Customer Care Specialist - Rental is focused on the area of the Rental department, and includes but is not limited to:
- Provide an extensive range of customer service and administrative work, including assistance to Customer Relations Managers
- Building strong product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful advice on a large range of products
- Providing superior customer service towards optimal equipment solutions for customers
- Processing of quotations and sales orders
The ideal applicant will have the following attributes:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A good understanding of computer systems to carry out administrative tasks
