Located in our North Sydney office, we have full-time permanent opportunities for experienced Customer Care Specialists. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional Customer Care to our high profile clients across Australia. We are looking for caring, out-going, committed people who will always deliver best outcomes for our clients.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A proactive approach and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A high attention to detail
- The capacity to thrive in an environment which promotes accountability and ownership of assigned tasks
- Experience using a variety of systems and software packages
- Motor claims experience is desirable but not essential
We are looking for people with:
- Minimum 2 years experience within a customer service role
- A real passion for exceeding customer expectations with every interaction
- High level communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
