About the position
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Concierge Consultant to join our team, who is passionate about delivering excellent service. You will be speaking with active buyers in the property market that need to secure a home loan, utility connections, insurance, and conveyancing to assist in their home purchase. You will be facilitating part of the great Australian dream of home ownership, by securing home loan appointments for our National team of Mortgage Brokers.

Key Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to our Real Estate customers
- Warm outbound and inbound phone calls, to agreed service levels, and provide assistance that exceeds the customer expectation
- Create referral opportunities with buyers for Mortgage, Insurance, Utility Connections and Conveyancing
- Maintain accurate customer data by ensuring our systems are up to date with detailed and accurate history notes.
About you
This role isn't a typical outbound sales role or work environment. The key to your success will be your ability to form an instant connection with customer on the other end of the phone.
This role is perfect for a born salesperson that has exceptional conversational skills. Your ability to connect instantly in a warm and friendly manner is paramount to your success. You must also enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.
You may be a career salesperson or desire to use this as a stepping to becoming a Loan Processing Specialist or Mortgage Broker.
- Attitude is everything, if you are bright, bubbly and talkative then this is the job for you.
- The ability to overcome objections and satisfy a customer's concerns on the spot
- Knowledge of Melbourne and the Australia Real Estate Market is advantageous
- Intuition to identify and refer potential opportunities to other departments to maintain and grow our Business
- Pro-active self-starter, that is results driven and wants to contribute to the success of their team and the Business overall.
