Our Margaret River and Busselton Bankwest branch is looking for a customer service professional to join our multi-channel team on a 3 month fixed term contract, working full time hours.
The roster will be 8.30am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday. Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying please ensure you are available to cover the stated roster.
Do work that matters
As a Customer Consultant you will be the first point of contact within our Bankwest branches, and will be looked upon as a "solutions experts". During your time in the role you will have an opportunity to impact the customer experience by holding meaningful needs based conversations and providing outcomes that will improve the financial wellbeing of our customers and communities.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Holding needs based conversations with our customers, building genuine long-lasting relationships in person and over the phone.
- Providing efficient, accurate and quality solutions across all customer segments
- Resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, at first point wherever possible.
- Keeping up to date on Bankwest products and assisting customers with products such as personal loans, credit cards and savings accounts

- Experience in a customer service role where you have built rapport and supported customers to achieve their goals
- Excellent active listening skills
- Confidence when speaking to customers in person and over the phone
- Curiosity and willingness embrace new challenges and learn new skills
