One of WA's leading volume home builders is on the hunt for a customer focused admin star to join their team. The role will be responsible for managing communication through the building process between the builder and customers leading into the prestart process. You will be managing a portfolio of between 200 - 500 customer through their 6 months journey from signing the contract to prestart.
Duties:
- Oversee client homes through administration process
- Provide updates to clients on progress of the administration process
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions
- Co-ordinate variation orders and liaise with various internal departments
- Book client prestart meetings
- Update Internal contractual documentation
- Provide guidance to clients through their finance and settlement applications as well as local shire applications
- Coordinate bookings of administration meetings (i.e. Prestart, Tile & Laminate meetings)
- Process all client documentation and maintain an up-to-date ClickHome database
- Liaise with all necessary departments to ensure the progression of the clients file
- Creation of contractual documentation as required
- Customer Service expertise.
- Preferable experience in the residential building industry
- Strong experience with internal systems including Microsoft office suite.
