Responsibilities:
- Run service reports & ensure expense claims are completed
- Carry out commissioning, service contract maintenance & after hours service commitments
- Maintain proper levels of relationships between the Company and customers
- Ensure all complaints are reported promptly so that remedial action can be taken
Qualifications required:
- A grade electronic license and ARC
- Technical knowledge in data centres - Thermal, HVAC
- Previous experience within the power industry as a service technician
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
