Job Expectations

A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as a Customer Enquiries Contact Centre Consultant, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader.

A bit about your role:

You will be responsible for managing Customer Enquiries and complaints while providing excellent customer service. You’ll need to show that you can listen, show empathy and ask appropriate discovery questions to provide accurate information in resolving our customers concerns. You’ll be managing interactions through our voice and email channels, managing a range of different enquiry types. There will be an important focus on identifying health and safety issues and making the right determination to ensure we are mitigating any risk to the public. First Call Resolution and other performance metrics will be an important part of your role with support available from other team members and Team Leaders.

A bit about you:

The successful candidate will have extensive customer service experience. You should be efficient in operating systems such as Microsoft. You will be required to work across a 7 day rotating roster and required to attend the Varsity Lakes office.
