The Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our client's team based in Wetherill Park. As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding support and resolving a wide range of queries for customers. You will be working an eight-hour shift between the hours of 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday.

What you’ll do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers through a variety of channels including phone, email, and live chat providing support and guidance
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
- Confirm and manage customer bookings
- Manage a variety of customer queries including; operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints
What you’ll need to be successful
- Experience within a call centre environment desired but not essential
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured work environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Typing speed of 60 wpm and 80% or more accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce, DOS systems or SAP is desirable
