- $34 per hour + Super |Mon - Fri Full-Time hours

- ASAP Start | Rotating roster between 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am – 6pm.
We have a fantastic opening to join a Global Leader within the Logistics Industry. Based in over 220 Countries our client prides themselves on delivering a high-end Customer Experience, specialising in courier services and international shipping. They are currently seeking experienced Customer Experience Consultants with great customer focus to join their growing team in South Western Sydney.
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor you will be required to deliver end to end professional customer service to facilitate the effective service delivery of pharmaceutical, health and medical goods.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic Call Centre environment, with little room for error given the nature of the product but for the right candidate, they will thrive and be part of a growing team.
You should be ready and willing to start ASAP, as we require an immediate start.
Representing the customer service team this roles is administrative processing orders via an in-house logging tool, Oracle and MS Outlook.
The duties will include but not limited to:
- First point of contact, answering general enquiries through telephone and email correspondence
- Customer Service answering high volume calls
- Processing orders via an in-house logging tool, Oracle and MS Outlook
- Processing Returns and Claims
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Tracking and tracing deliveries
- Updating customers in relation to deliveries
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must have the following;
- Busy inbound & outbound Call Centre experience
- Willingness to complete a Data Entry test and result with at least >98% accuracy and minimum 30-40 WPM or higher
- Experience dealing with customers and manufacturers regarding credit claims – i.e. damages / short supply / oversupply etc
- Investigating claims / problem solving skills
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience using MS Outlook and Excel
- Prior Transport/Logistics or Pharmaceutical/Medical Industry experience is desirable
- You will have a positive attitude towards work and able to commence ASAP
