This impressive leading national hospitality business is on the hunt for an experienced Customer Experience Consultant, based in Forrestdale. With over 30+ locations nationwide, they offer a full-service solution to their customer, selling a vast range of products from consumables to premium kitchen appliances to ergonomic crockery for the hospitality, catering, education and health & aged care sectors.

About the role:
- Provide exceptional customer service support to customers and the internal sales team.
- Proactively managing customer enquires across multiple platforms including, phone, live chat & email.
- Processing customer queries, sales orders, and quotations.
- Product research and quotation preparation whilst maintaining the CRM Database.
- Liaise with purchasing, warehouse and accounts staff as required.
- Work in a high performing team that champions culture and support.
- February 19th start date
About you:
- +3 years’ experience working in a fast-paced phone-based customer service role – Hospitality or logistics background advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of customer service, sales, purchasing and logistics.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with well-developed professional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service focus and the ability to build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Be able to identify solutions, solve problems, and have a proactive approach to up selling to ensure a positive Customer Experience.
- Knowledge and skills using PRONTO or a similar platform and intermediate Microsoft Office.
