Customer Experience Coordinator - Knockdown Rebuild (Pre-Site)

What's on offer?This is an opportunity to work as part of the Knockdown Rebuild team at Boutique Homes, where you will manage a portfolio of high value customers to deliver the dream of home ownership.You will provide a first-class Customer Experience by project managing the pre-construction journey from sales acceptance through to construction whilst meeting expected timelines.Responsibilities include:

• Managing your own portfolio of build projects
• Providing first-class customer service in the pre-construction phase of the journey
• Ensuring building contracts are delivered in designated timelines
• Supporting the coordination of jobs from sales acceptance to construction
• Managing internal stakeholders such as Drafting, Estimating and Approvals
