Cessnock City Council is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to provide leadership and expertise in the delivery of Council's Customer Experience strategy. This newly created role will be responsible for using various research strategies to uncover insights about the Customer Experience and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. The Customer Experience Coordinator will work collaboratively with Council departments to provide improvement suggestions to Council's key customer touchpoints in order to improve efficiency and user experience.

Remuneration:

$99,824 - $114,797 per annum plus superannuation
