Venues NSW has the responsibility and privilege of managing several stadium and entertainment precincts across NSW, attracting more than five million customers through the gates each year. The Venues NSW network includes major sporting and cultural precincts in Sydney Olympic Park, Moore Park, Parramatta, Newcastle, and Wollongong.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will have a predominant focus on driving Member Engagement through the delivery of events and the implementation of digital communications and engagement campaigns. With a focus on current member categories, you will be responsible for the optimisation and implementation of customer-led communications and engagement strategies for members, partners, and customers.
ABOUT YOU
You will be confident in the implementation and measurement of CRM communications and multi-channel customer journeys, as the champion of CRM utilisation and its role in the business. You will have a passion for copywriting with interest in the sporting industry. You will have experience in developing strategies to drive engagement, with specialisation in the digital space. You work well both autonomously and cross-functionally and think creatively to introduce new and different engagement concepts. You are process driven, articulate and demonstrate pride and high attention to detail in your work.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field complimented by a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, communication, and passion for live events or the sporting industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, to translate complex concepts into simple and user-friendly content.
- Stakeholder engagement skills and proven ability to build rapport.
- Experience in CRM workflow and campaign builds, audience segmentation, maintenance, and optimisation.
- Strong ability to show initiative, think creatively and bring to life new and exciting ideas across various self-lead projects.
