About the opportunity

Are you a motivated individual with exceptional leadership skills and a background in Civil Construction or Maintenance roles? 

We currently have an opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Works and Operations department. This role will see you deliver programmed road, drainage maintenance and minor construction works ensuring that works are completed within established timeframes, quality and cost targets by adapting best practice work methods, coordinating and undertaking schedule works. To be successful in this position you will rely on your strong leadership abilities and technical expertise to oversee a multi-skilled team.

Total Remuneration: $75,455 - $87,199 per annum (see below for breakdown)
  • Base Salary: $66,416 -$76,902 per annum
  • Plus 12% superannuation ($8,084 - $9,342)
  • Plus Adverse Working Conditions Allowance: ($954.22)

This role also has a potential to undertake up to 5 hours overtime per week ($13,108 - $15,178) per annum based on 5 hour range - not included in total remuneration)
