Based in Sydney Olympic Park, the CX Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable interaction with our brand. You and your team will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving enquiries, providing support, and offering solutions that exceed their expectations.
The Customer Experience (CX) Manager will be responsible for ticketing, guest services, our photographers and our Hire Store. The CX Manager will ensure a seamless customer journey is experienced and revenue targets are met.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Represent as the customer champion, engaging with guests and driving the value of customer to staff at all times.
• High level of operations acumen, with outstanding organisational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Operational business experience in complex environments
• Rostering, resource management
• Experience with booking systems and process
• Project management and prioritisation skills
• Customer experience management
