About the Role: As the Regional Operations Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of nine sites, including flagship locations where significant investments have been made. You'll lead a team of two area managers, each of whom oversee 2-3 sites, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. From capital works to P&L management, you'll be at the forefront of driving commercial outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of service and respect for residents, guests, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive improved cash flow and profit performance across the portfolio
- Develop and implement strategic asset plans aligned with business objectives
