Regional Operations Manager

You'll play a vital role in this company’s growth plan, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a culture of excellence.

About the Role: As the Regional Operations Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of nine sites, including flagship locations where significant investments have been made. You'll lead a team of two area managers, each of whom oversee 2-3 sites, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. From capital works to P&L management, you'll be at the forefront of driving commercial outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of service and respect for residents, guests, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive improved cash flow and profit performance across the portfolio
• Develop and implement strategic asset plans aligned with business objectives
• Enhance the capital value of assets through proactive initiatives
• Manage P&L performance and implement cost management strategies
• Foster positive guest and stakeholder relationships
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve business goals
