AUSIEX Product, Customer Experience & Marketing (PCXM) team are responsible for shaping the product, Customer Experience and communications for all AUSIEX customers, ensuring the experience for our customers and their clients is second-to-none.
  
What will you be doing
  
Reporting into & supported by the Senior Manager, Customer Experience, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and shift the dial on the customer and user experience ensuring that an optimal, end-to-end Customer Experience is at the centre of everything we do.

Day to day, the Customer Experience Manager will:

  • Bring our customer into every conversation we have
  • Use insights to develop personas, user journey maps, user flows and task flows that articulate the user experience in a clear and compelling manner.​
  • Work closely with various teams across the business to drive and implement solutions for improved customer & user experience, process workflow and digital interface.
  • Own the customer and user experience operating model which will include reporting on customer insights and managing the implementation of derived actions.
  • Have oversight of activities across the AUSIEX business that impact our customers
  • Ensure change impacts are well understood and managed effectively
  • Plan and conduct concept and usability testing to gather feedback.
  • Translate user testing findings into actionable design improvements, leading to demonstrable enhancements in the products user experience over time.​
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our products and experiences cutting edge.​
  • Support the shaping of actionable insights to inform decisions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with the product and delivery teams to ensure designs are feasible and solve identified user problems.

  • Exceptional execution, planning, analytical and project management capabilities
  
It’s a bonus if you have
  • Experience in design thinking, customer centred design, customer journey mapping
  • Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe XD,
  • Knowledge of modern web technologies and responsive design
  • Experience working in agile multi-disciplinary teams
