Access Training Centre (ATC) is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) specialising in the training and assessing of High Risk Licensing, as well as delivering nationally accredited training under the VET Quality Framework in the Construction, Resources and Infrastructure, Public Safety, Manufacturing, Mining and Transport, and Logistic Industries.
We have 4 key training facilities; 2 in Adelaide (located in Dudley Park and Wingfield) and 2 in regional South Australia (Port Augusta and Port Pirie).
Due to ongoing customer demand, we have an opening anexperienced Customer Experience Officer to join our Dudley Park office.
This position is casual (up to 38 hours per week).
The opportunity:
Responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and coordination of ATC’s learners and clients resulting in successful course delivery.
Your responsibilities for this opportunity will include:
- Greeting learners, clients and visitors at reception with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting learners, clients and visitors in finding their way around the ATC facility.
- At times, the first contact for learners, clients and visitors for issues, suggestions and feedback.
- Answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person.
- Following ATC processes to ensure efficiency and quality for the Customer Experience Team.
- Ensuring the accurate maintenance and updates of VETtrak.
- Providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Making recommendations to improve Customer Experience.
- Corresponding with learners where required, assessment feedback and confirmation of attendance.
- Updating learner details, record attendance and results.
Your success in this role will come from:
- Good communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service both face to face and over the telephone.
- Experience working both as an effective team member and the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience in and operational knowledge of the VET sector (desirable).
- Experience in the use of Student Management Systems e.g., VETtrak (desirable).
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check.
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.
